Sometimes the unexpected happens and things don't always go according to plan. Here are some pointers that, if circumstances allow, might help the admission process.
The best advice we can give is to plan ahead as much as possible. For instance, our semester begins in August, we start enrolling as early as March for available spots. For the summer months, you should start planning at least as early as March. Sooner the better.
If you can, be flexible. Sometimes only limited space is available. If you need a full week but we can't offer one right away. You might consider taking a part-time spot until something opens up. Being fully registered on the roll will grant you the first option of a schedule change should something open up.
- Once you have been informed of and accepted an available space, make sure your paperwork and registration fee have been submitted. We don't 'hold' or 'guarantee' spaces until those things have been taken care of.
- Make sure we have a valid phone number and/or email address that we can use to contact you. Check to see if the voicemail is set up on your phone. We may have tried to contact you and have been unable to leave a message.
- Don't forget to check the spam folder in your email. Sometimes unfamiliar emails get redirected to the spam folder.
- If you haven't heard from us, don't hesitate to check back in and call or email us.
